Nanded is also famous place for the Vedic Rituals that are performed on the banks of the holy Godavari River. There are several ghats here, namely the Ram Ghat, Urvashi Ghat and the Govardhan Ghat.
The sightseeing places here consist of many temples like the Shani Temple, Marwadi Dharma Shala Hanuman Temple, Kaleshwar Temple and the Rajput Sangh Renuka Mata Temple. The temples in Trikut Village are considered to be holy for the Hindus. There is another village named as the Tadkhel village which has a temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. This temple is made of huge stones and there are old carvings made on these stones. The Jagdamba Mata Mandir is another important temple in Nanded located in Tadkhel village. One of the major tourist attractions here is the Hazur Sahib Nanded which is a Gurudwara where Guru Gobind Singh breathed his last.

The remains of Guru Gobind Singh are preserved here and there are also many weapons along with them.

At about a distance of 4km from the Nanded Railway Station is the Nanded Fort which is covered on all sides by the Godavari River. The natural beauty of the place attracts a lot of tourists.
